Infographic Credit: http://larkandlarks.co.uk/As I’ve said before on the food blog, I love potatoes so much you’d think I was born in Idaho instead of Kentucky. Of course, if you spoke to me, it wouldn’t take too many “y’all”s and “bless your heart”s to determine that I am, in fact, a Kentuckian.

I’m just one who is all kinds of obsessed with potatoes!

They’ve always been my favorite vegetable (just don’t ask me to choose between white, sweet, Yukon Gold, or red).. but for whatever reasons… after I had to start eating gluten free, they became an outright obsession.

Maybe it’s my mind’s way of reminding me of what I can still enjoy!
